DDC Dharma Leaders

The Durango Dharma Center is led by the Dharma Leader Council (DLC). They are responsible for the teaching programming and the overal spiritual leadership of the DDC. Dharma Leaders have in most cases undergone training with the Spirit Rock sponsored Community Dharma Leader Program, which is a 2-3 year program designed to develop leadership in Dharma communities around the country. In addition, the Dharma Leaders all have extensive practice experience including silent retreats of 6 weeks or longer. CDLs generally give weekly Dharma talks for our Monday night sitting, teach beginning meditation classes, more advance Dharma classes, daylong retreats as well as multi-day retreats.

Interviews Available with Dharma Leaders

Community Dharma Leaders offer interviews for those wishing to discuss their meditation practice. This is a dana-based offering by our teachers.
