Monday Sitting Group

 This sitting group is currently the main weekly community sitting group.  It generally consists of 40 minutes of sitting practice followed by a Dharma talk deliver by one our Community Dharma Leaders or a guest speaker. The public is welcome.  There are many chairs and sitting cushions available, but you are welcome to bring your own. View the speaker schedule here.
