Upcoming Programs
One of the main priorities of the Sangha is that of organizing retreats. It is our belief that regular attendance at retreats is an essentially component of Dharma practice. The Sangha currently organizes 2-3 major residential retreats each year in addition to several shorter day-long retreats. You can download retreat flyers and registration forms in Adobe PDF format for those retreats where the flyers have been created. And of ourse, if you prefer, contact one of the managers and have them send you a flyer. Scholarships are available.
(NOTE: PDF stands for Portable Document Format and requires that you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. Most newer computers already have Acrobat intalled. If not you can download here and install it.)

The Noble Eightfold Path: Learning to Awaken in Our Day-To-Day Lives
In this class we will cover the Buddha’s path to awakening that is described so clearly in his foundational teaching on the Noble Eightfold Path. The Noble Eightfold path is the Buddha’s recommended response to the problem of suffering as laid out in the First and Second Noble Truths. The Buddha’s message of awakening is not reserved for monastics only, but can be realized in our everyday lives.
